The interview process was intensive and intentional. Everyone I met was incredibly kind and informative. You could tell everyone was passionate about their jobs, which is a rare thing to find. Expectations of the role were presented up front, they were communicative throughout the process. Interview process was slightly lengthy but only to ensure it's the right fit for everyone.

Phone interview, then shortly followed up with a group in person interview. I was told that the next step would be an interview with the company owners. I was told I would be contacted in the next few days, when that did not happen, I followed up. I was then told it would be a couple more weeks, when that did not happen, I followed up. Then I was told I would be contacted after the new year, as things were moving slowly. I was then never contacted.
