Entrevista
Thirty minute phone interview with HR director followed by a ninety minute phone interview with Development Manager (requires doing some code while on the phone with him on a screen share session). Followed by 24-hour timed take home code test (described below).
I found it to be a frustrating waste of time to give the code test after the interviews. I wouldn't have minded doing the 30 min interview prior to the take home test, but the 90 min one seemed like a giant waste of time just to be rejected by not passing the code test. When I hire people I always make them do the test first because honestly, that is what they live or die by, why bother grilling someone for 90 minutes if you don't even know whether they are competent at the level you are looking for.

For our company, personality and culture fit always comes first. From there, while a baseline of skill is important, skills can be taught. That is why we do a team phone interview before the programming test. Our programming tests then help us see if directions can be followed and if code is clear, and at what skill level you are compared to others on the team (Junior, Intermediate, Senior).

Entrevista
The interview process was fairly common. Multiple phone interviews, a code test, followed by more phone interviews, and finishing off with an in person interview. Over all everyone I spoke with seemed like a genuinely nice person.
