Apply online, almost immediately each facility in the area will fight for you and compete with each other even speaking bad about another facility to get you.
Very simple, come to interview which is really a formality as if you breathe, speak English, and have reliable transportation you are also guaranteed a job. Very easy and short interview with no deep questions. Very few people rejected. Will accept even bad English, heavy tatoos, poor hygiene...

Entrevista
After submitting my application, I received an e-mail with instructions to complete a one-way video interview. A few days after this was completed, I received a phone call from the Account Manager for the location to schedule an in-person interview. During the in-person interview itself, I was asked several questions to determine any existing qualifications, prior experience, and understanding of the job I was applying for, along with schedule preferences. Once the interview was completed, I was given an offer shortly after and sent to the nearest branch office to complete onboarding and guard certification.

Pretty standard interview questions. Made sure you were a fit. They wanted to make sure you could work certain schedules and see how flexible you could be, what you were looking for in terms of compensation.

Super easy job, they hire every and anybody. Very flexible schedule, sometimes no breaks/lunches, strict on having people on site no matter what you have going on. They will fire you.
