I met with the Account Manager and Site Supervisor of a specific site. They took me on a tour of the areas that I would be working and briefly informed me of the culture and atmosphere of the site. The Site Supervisor had me meet a lot of the employees, who happened to be very upstanding and decent individuals.

How much experience did I have working in the industry?
Easy interview, you will get through it without a worry. They will review your career, if you’re fit, they will be straight up with you regarding your position and what you will do in future.
Easy breeze. I was emailed 2 days after interview. When in let them know I’m level 3 certified and was hired on the spot for my first supervisor position. Was trained properly. And started with a descent pay.
