Fairly simple. Interview regularly then, complete 3 day training class. Take a simple test at the end of the last day... start at your site after you finish the class. **Everything on the test has been taught in the class**

The interview process is very easy and straightforward. I was able to walk in and get the job same day. I just had to make sure to come in for training the next day.
