It was a normal interview process. Asked questions about your past work history and explained what they manufacture. Explained the tier system and that it was a union shop. Typical interview process.

Several tier interview with HR, coworkers, and ended with immediate manager. Took a short assessment test at the beginning. Random questions like how many degrees do the angles of a triangle add up to, how far can a dog run in to a forest, etc. Everyone was relatively nice except the immediate manager, he was an old school personal trainer for athletes and in the interview he basically yelled at me "when I assign you a project YOU GET IT DONE!! I'm not going to check in or follow up, I EXSPECT THAT IT'S DONE". My perception was he was not a nice man and did not have a EQ. At the end of everything they ghosted me, no rejection email, no phone call, nothing.
