know the 5 rights of medications, why do you want to work here? Many situational type questions (tell me about a time when ...), hardest question on the spot "how did you show respect to your coworkers recently" really threw me for a loop after thinking of nursing stuff.

The interview was a 2 part interview that has multiple questions with differentiation patient care scenarios. The first interview was more easy going the second interview was all difficult questions.
