Process starts pretty standard with a phone interview and then a follow up on site interview. The onside is not conducted by management and is usually a few leads from different areas of the company. Expect rudimentary questions about various technologies - particularly wireless and networking related. They will mostly focus on application of previous experience. The interview mostly feels like chatting over coffee.
