A really nice, relaxed and to-the-point process. I had discussions with the tech and operation team and got a good insight of the tasks that expect me and the way the teams work. It was a 4-step process, first HR and head of tech, then a 1-week project, then a set of back-to-back interviews with tech, operations and HR and finally a talk with the CEO. It sounds a lot, but it was very pleasant and helpful for me to talk with as many people as possible withing the company and decide if I am a good fit and vice versa.
