I applied and was asked to do a phone screening the next day. After the phone screening, I had two more phone interviews the following day. I was then emailed to ask for a face to face. However, I was then asked if I could actually do another phone interview with the hiring manager over the weekend because he was out of town. I agreed. The HR person stated that he would contact me directly. He sent me a text saying that he would let me know when his schedule was open. I never heard anything else from him. Instead I then received a generic, "we do not want to move forward" email. It was confusing because I was offered a face to face interview and then was told we're not going to move forward. I feel like I should have been told that before you offered me the interview. The interview itself was fairly easy. Normal interview questions.
