Entrevista
There is a screening interview - phone interview done by HR - question is explain Polymorphism.
For the actual interview, it is a whole day process.
It's a round table, multiple interviews a day with multiple people.
I have been an interviewer as well, and at the end of the day, given people pass, it's a personality/fit review.
Bland or Happy works best.

asked about past work experiences
there is a very high percentage of foreign born/trained engineers, compared to any other software firms in Vancouver. Some had no work experience in canada, and a few said they had to work as casino dealers before they got the job. (There were a few in my interview group, and none were hired. However, there are a few who were casino dealers before)

After all these round I accepted the offer and waited for offer letter for a week
But did not receive any offer letter and call from the management.

It was very average interview and I was asked simple OOPS questions and problem solving techniques.
They had asked me about WPF, WCF, .NET, Silverlight, Javascript related questions too.
Algorithms and data structures were also part of the interview.
Good and technical . Interview panel was very smart. There were four rounds of interview. Two technical and 2 Managerial rounds were held. Coding language was asked with framework design
