There wasn't any questions I thought were hard but the main questions were based on how you felt about joining a team that the main focus is sales and customer service.
they use behavioral interview questions and the STAR method for the interview. It is a pretty straight forward process. Everything was virtual. They are very customer service oriented so consider that in your answers

Very easy and approachable. They were very responsive in the interview process with scheduling. The beginning of the process was in the form of texting and emailing you. Then you would get a screened phone call followed by a zoom interviewing meeting.
