Interview process was very swift and easy. Because of the pandemic, the first two rounds were done by phone and Zoom call. Standard interview questions were asked. Technical questions were related to pitching stories and maintaining company brand via social media outlets.

The interview process at Allstate has been very pleasant. I applied for my position a month ago and was a little anxious to receive a phone interview. I was first contacted by a recruiter two days after I submitted my application. The 2nd phone interview was scheduled a week later with 2 managers. The most important tip on any interview is to use the S.T.A.R method. Be very descriptive and talk chronologically. One thing about mastering job hunting is that you have to have patients. When I finally got my in person interview (month later) I had the chance to be more personable. I had researched my job description and tailored my questions and answers. After the interview about 3weeks later I received an offer. Honesty is REALLY important at Allstate. Do NOT LIE on your application, they check everything before you can receive an official offer.
