Applied for a full-stack software engineer position which asked for experience in Java/J2EE, TDD, source control, build automation tools, databases, etc. Front-end experience with React was listed as being a "plus".
I was contacted for an HR screening interview and one of the first questions the recruiter asked was if I have experience in React and Angular. When I said no, they said that the hiring manager is looking for a React/Angular dev. I told the recruiter that Angular wasn't even mentioned in the job posting and that React was only listed as a plus. They proceeded to tell me I was wrong, read the full job description to me line by line, and pretended that having "React experience is a plus" in the qualifications counts as requiring React/Angular front-end experience for the job.
Be more accurate with your job requirements and don't talk down to your candidates when you're clearly in the wrong.

1st round they asked Java, SpringBoot, Java Basic Program.
2nd round Manager - real time project based questions like what design pattern you are using in your project, what architecture.

React Optimization techniques, JS basic questions like filter, reduce, for and map methods. Java collections, microservices.
One call with the recruiter, then a technical interview with the managing engineer and engineer from the team you will be on. Technical interview was 3 seperate questions. All separate question that did not build on one another.
