I was asked to do an assessment, I would say about 2 weeks later I was asked to do a virtual recorded interview. Within a day I was scheduled for a virtual face to face interview. The recruiter was very in tune and definitely answered whatever questions I may have had at the end. I received an offer from Allstate within about 4 days of my interview.

Allstate's interviews follow the BDI formats while looking for responses which follow the STAR format. You are typically interviewed by more than one person which helps to be able to do well in the interview.
