Several one on one interviews with various members of the IT team and HR. Some interviewers were too technical, looking for book definitions as opposed to real world thinking and experience, but overall the process seemed to be moving quickly with timely feedback. That is until they decided to not respond to any requests from the recruiter for feedback to determine if I was still being considered for the position. I was ok with a yes or no, but it was very unprofessional to not respond at all to multiple requests.
