Entrevista
Two phone screens, the first with the HR representative from Flagship, then with the hiring manager. Both conversations felt more conversational than an interview. Followed by a day of a presentation and 1:1 or 1:2 interviews. The second interview with the hiring manager was even less technical than the phone screen. No other questions were asked beyond the generalized "working approach" questions to gain experience in interviewing.
A representative from the HR department contacted me to arrange a 15-minute phone call with the hiring manager. During the call, the manager asked me a series of technical questions about my skills, experiences, and my interest in the company and their therapeutic approach. It was important to demonstrate ownership, responsibility, precision, and a basic understanding of their technology. Also be prepared to answer questions about reporter assays and HTS. The next round is an HR round followed by a 4 people panel interview.

Entrevista
The interview process followed a structured protocol consisting of several stages. It commenced with an initial contact from the HR department, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Finally, there was a virtual onsite session that involved a presentation and one-on-one discussions. The hiring manager's conduct during the interview process was disappointing and demonstrated a lack of professionalism. On two separate occasions, the manager was tardy, being late by 3 minutes during the initial meeting and by 6 minutes during the half-hour interview. Furthermore, the quality of both the audio and video during the second encounter was poor, and the manager mentioned issues with their computer running out of power. These instances strongly indicate a lack of concern for the interview itself and the candidate's experience.
