Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 8 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Alluma (CA).
Entrevista
Initial phone screen - Phone Interview with Team Lead - Interview with multiple team members from different departments. The conversation with the team lead and other staff went well. All were more or less happy with the work they were doing and the steps leadership is taking to improve transparency and accountability for internal processes. I enjoyed meeting with the team lead and the team I would be working with. But, the process was a bit messy. I did not get a call for the initial phone screening at the scheduled time nor the day after - I had to reach out to the recruiter who was not apologetic and I felt my time was not being valued as a potential team member. Once I went through the initial two rounds of interviews I did not hear back (Although I did email multiple times which may have been a bit impatient on my end). The position I had applied for was going to be put "on hold" but I was going to be considered for a more junior position and I should await a response from the recruiter or team lead for further discussion. I waited and got a generic response from a third person, I had not interacted with before, saying that all candidates would get a response once the decision was made. At this point, I had already met in person with many of the team members and worked directly with the recruiter and to get a generic response just seemed disrespectful. After I sent an email withdrawing my candidacy for any role, I did not hear back from anyone to even attempt to understand why or address the issue to ensure I had a good experience with their company. I was respectful, albeit a bit insistent, in my communications and would hope a company and it's employees cared more for the reputation they build for themselves.
