First a phone screen, then phone interview. Everything was going great. I was told next step would be in person. I randomly got a call from HR that literally asked me to go over every job I ever had and asked why did each end. I was not offered the job because I done contract work in the past. I wish they would have told me that in the beginning instead of stringing me along for a month and a half.

Came it at 3pm on a Tuesday, got an offer at 3am Wednesday and showed up 8am Thursday. Quick and dirty and effective. The interview was conversational with one HTML test. I passed the test and fit well with the culture.
