Very simple. Was interviewed in one room by three managers. There was no real interview just a back and forth discussion.

Thew interview did not seem to be for a specific position or team, so it was hard to solicit specifics about the position that I would eventually be hired for. This also lead to a lack of ownership for the interview process. On the positive side, I was able to meet with managers and employees from several teams and was considered for at least 3 different teams. Once I began work, this process also gave me important contacts on other teams, which was important for me trying to adapt to a new company. People were very friendly and asked informed questions. There was no standard interview process. Though the process seemed a little unorganized, I came to find out there was a lot of communication between interviewers after the interview was finished. They had a better idea than most of what they were looking for, but could have done a better job preparing.
