I had an initial phone interview with a recruiter, I thought everything went well and she said she would send me over an assessment to determine if I pass on to the next round of interviews. Afterwards I never received an assessment and reached out to her about it, yet I received no response. I then sent her a thank you email only to be sent back a rejection email from her. This was a horrible experience because I was never giving a fair shot at moving on to the next round due to not receiving the assessment she told me I had to take. Also, as a recruiter you should be transparent and communicate properly with applicants instead of ignoring emails and phone calls then sending over a generic email.

They offer an assessment before the interview. I passed the assessment and then had another assessment during a 3 part interview. Too time consuming and not an effective method to screen top talent.

I made it to the final round. Got great feedback and was told I would be followed up with regarding an update about my candidacy almost two weeks ago at this point.
Look, this company, who specializes in mental health ironically, doesn’t care at all about your mental health or your time. They can’t even bother sending you a generic rejection letter. The negative interview reviews are correct and, based on the current employee reviews, if you don’t get a callback/update or get rejected, you dodged a major bullet. So unprofessional but what’s new in today’s job market? These companies couldn’t care less.

Tell me about a time x30. They were questions that weren’t even relevant to the position. Example: “tell me about a time you had an altercation with a coworker.” How is this relevant to customer support skills?
