Entrevista
After a short conversation with HR, I scheduled an interview with the team manager. The interview itself went reasonably well, although the manager joined late without acknowledging it.
I then progressed to the next stage, which involved a fairly extensive assignment. I was told it would require 8–10 hours of work, followed by an in-person presentation the following week.
The day before the scheduled presentation, I was asked to reschedule to the following week. Then, just a few days before the rescheduled presentation, I received a call informing me that the role had already been filled.
It was disappointing to invest significant time into the assignment and preparation process, only to find out the hiring decision had effectively already been made.

I had a screening, an zoom interview with the direct manager (she expected me in office) and then they made me come for a 3 or 4 hour in office assignment, with someone watching me. At some stage they noticed I was using AI (it's 2026!!!) And got unhappy about it. The topic was a one liner to describe one company process. In real life as an analysis this calls for follow up questions. But they were not open for questions.

To write the specifications for a new process covering one part of the logistics activity. No follow-up questions. No AI (that was obvious to them so they didn't even mention it, although for any assignment today it's expected you will use AI)

Initial conversation with an outside recruitment firm where the recruiter had no idea what the actual job was (Lasalle Network - Emily S). Then interviewed by the HR manager who had a vague of what the actual job was. Once she asked the basic questions anyone who could answer she pushed me off to the hiring manager. Who was the most stereotypical “sales” person I've ever encountered. Ragged on anyone with a college degree (because he didn't have one) and asked the worst questions I've ever experienced. The grand finale was "sell me this pen". What are we, the wolf of Wall Street?? How could you ever determine someone’s worth buy such a remedial question. Then on top of it lacked feedback for 4* days after th interview. On top of it, C suite is supporting of the genocide in Gaza so wouldnt touch them wirh a four foot pole. Avoid at all cost. Waste of time and severe lack of talent at the sales space.
