Firs part was two test on accuracy and math, time was 9 and 10 minutes. However, time isn't important in this test important only correct answers. The second part was an interview about your previous work experience leadership skills and motivation work in "Almac". Questions about ability to lead teams, expirience of doing it and similar leadership questions.
