Good process initially a zoom meeting followed up by in person at their facility in Craigavon.
Questions all competency based using a scoring system. i would recommend doing your research on the company beforehand.

Had to give a presentation on a topic of their choosing relevant to the job
Extremely well organised and efficient. The communication from the HR department was very prompt and they were helpful and understanding.
I had some questions and it was great to get them answered so quickly.
The interview was 1 hour long with the hiring manager and one other person. They asked SMART type questions, for example describe a situation when you had to deal with a difficult colleague etc.
