Too many interviews wait too long. They call you back and don't hire you claim they made a mistake or someone did some time wrong. You get up there at 530 for nothing but time wasted. Wait in line like kids till they call you. Can be very irratated when name is not called. There were many complaints and upset potential employee. I think it was our background that wasn't approved

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
