Entrevista
I was already employed with Alorica and have been able to advance to Escalations Specailist. It took a little over 2 years to interview for Team Manager and be offered the postion. With this being a very large call center with over 300 full time agents, I feel it was a big task to move up in the ranks as quickly as I did. The company rewards those who strive to be the best they can be and I am very fortunate in times like this to be employed and advance in this company. I am blessed!

How would you handle a complaint from a few agents that one of your team members has a bad odor?
You pulled a report and find out that one of your key agents has been avoiding calls. He answers the call within 10 seconds and immediately places the call on hold until the member hangs up. How would you address this issue?

It was 2 interviews with basic interview questions like experience and what would you do if type questions. Very generic but you can tell they were seeking detailed answers that gave a clear understanding that you could handle a leadership role.

How would you handle an agent constantly failing quality
Interview process was smooth and easy to transition to from one dept to the next. Recommend Alorica to all of my friends and family. Great company with excellent benefits I have worked here for quite some time now
