pretty easy interview process. just one interview and no technical question at all. Like they are there with mindset of hiring you. Just ask for availability and you will be good to join from noonday

Entrevista
The skill placement test involved a mock call center interface on a machine with you wearing a headset to hear the pre-recorded customer dialogues. The test proceeded with you choosing the most ideal responses from a bullet list of possible answers to try and handle the situation the best. This portion included options to replay recorded dialogue if necessary. Following that was a standard morality/scenario test with you making choices, not necessarily wrong or right, in response to whatever the presented situation was. After that you are returned to the sitting room, and await the chance to speak with the recruiting agent available at the time. They go over your scores (without provided any exact detail to you), and from there begin asking questions along the lines of "What does customer service mean to you?". After some general service related questions, you are sent off to await a call to potentially set up a second interview. On the day of the second interview, I spoke to one of the floor managers for the work group (Project) in question for what I was decided to be a potential employee for. This interview was more technical in nature, and for the most part covered general interface usage knowledge (on a smart phone provided to you during the process). After that is over you are led back to speak with one of the recruiting agents, and are at first sat alone while they are discussing the manager's decision. From there you are presented with the terms of a potential hire, stipulations and requirements for said hire, and are asked to take a drug test (done on location here with a cotton swab tool). Pending results from that you are officially offered the job, and if you take it you sign the necessary paperwork and are provided a new hire's kit.

During the technical portion for this particular Project's interview, you are handed a reference phone, and they fire away technical questions that you seek the answer for on the device itself. If the operating system of the device is unfamiliar to you, that entire interview could go less than ideal. "Find the Android version this device is running on.", "Find the amount of RAM the phone is currently running.", questions of that nature.

They will allow you to do a screen test with about 5 questions then you'll do a one on one interview and they'll ask you basically the same questions that they asked you on the test
