The initial screening takes place online, prospective employees must first role play with a computer system, listen to some prompts and take some fake orders and put the amounts on a template on the screen. The next step is the in-person interview, they are nice to you, because they have a quota to fill.Then you interview with the shift manager.

The hiring process was quick, was called 2-3 days after applying for an interview. Typing test is apart of the hiring process must pass in order to move forward. There’s a first and second interview, in my case I was able to do both on the same day.

You are in a room with a bunch of other applicants trying to pass the tests and they try to have it at a fast pace because they need so many in so little time. If you pass you're hired and you choose your training and schedule

Group interview rather uncomfortable. Interviewers had less experience than most people being interviewed. You can get hired the same day. They give an Oral swab drug test that day
