Application is made through online representatives of the company. They are often available through job websites and on social media promoting work vacancies.
Due to pandemic restrictions, the interview is done through a one-on-one call with an HR officer. Personal information is asked, including experience and educational attainment.
Once the initial interview is passed, the applicant is transferred to another interviewer for the final call.

Estuvo tranquilo, la rhh me atendió bastante bien, me gustó la experiencia de la entrevista, solo que tienes que memorizar bastantes cosas, pero no fue difícil, además son sinceros con klo que viene siendo la descripción del trabajo, y después de la entrevista no demoran mucho en llamarte

The hiring process was very messy, Took me 10 hours on-site just to finish the initial interview and made me come back the other day for final interview.
Then on the day of final interview, it took me a lot of hours again just waiting for my name to be called
