I went there and answered question over the phone by arranging sentences, like a kindergartner, after that she offered me the job on the spot. I should have known it would be too good to be true, they fired me for not locking my computer. They do offer incentives and if your willing to follow the rules very strongly, then you will be able to make a lot of money.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
