Applying at a hiring sites online. And, the company will email you to a zoom meeting (with the time and date). As the zoom meeting goes, all other applicants will be waiting for their name to be called. The interviewer will ask some basic questions of where do you live? or any work experiences? (they will base on what you are going to say, as well as what you have send in your resumé). After that, they will email you on where and to what company you will be in.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
