You apply for the position on their website and they email you back with an interview date and time. I had an initial interview date and time that my recruiter was supposed to confirm. He didn't confirm, the time and date came and went. Days later he emails me back to apologize and set up a new interview date and time. Of course he actually confirmed that one. My interview around lasted five hours. Literally. I sat in their waiting room for five hours total. The interview lasted like 10 minutes. They only asked like 5 questions. You get an answer that same day, though. Also, something I found out after I started training -the information that I was provided during the interview about the position and training details were incorrect.
