You apply online or at the facility. You can do your assessment at home or in the building. It didn't take long for them to call me. Had my first interview on Christmas Eve and my second that following Monday.

During the first interview you get asked the typical questions like any employer would ask. Availability, do you have transportation, can you pass a background and a drug test, do you have a high school diploma etc. The woman who did mine seemed to like me an she was nice. Another lady who worked in HR suggested I apply for the Customer Service Representative position instead of sales because she was told I worked at West Corporation which is now affiliated with Alorica. During the second interview you are interviewed by the person who'll be teaching the training class and another person who I'm assuming is a trainer as well. It was very weird for the trainer to interview you and I don't seem to understand their tactics that they use to "select" employees. You have to do a pretend phone call and you're given a sheet that gives you the scenario. It's pretty easy especially if you have call center experience. Then after that you're asked a bunch of random questions which you give an honest answer and they look over your resume. In my opinion the second interview was weird. The ladies seemed nice but it was weird. I've worked at 2 call centers and I have never had to do a second interview or a pretend phone call. I thought I did ok for someone who didn't know anything about the campaign they were hiring for and I felt confident in the answers I gave to the questions I was asked. After the interview is done they walk you back to HR while they "score" you on the phone call and the interview. You're called to an office and someone from HR lets you know if you were selected for the position. I was told I was not selected because I struggled with the call flow and then I was asked if I wanted to submit an application for the sales position. I was a little shocked because the trainer told me I did good with the call flow. I just don't understand the point of the pretend call. That's the whole point of training....to prepare you. And why would you have trainers conducting interviews? They have a billion people in HR and they still seem unorganized. West Corporations should not have affiliated themselves with Alorica. After my experience I'm starting to believe all of the reviews I ever read about the Jacksonville center.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
