The hiring process itself is worst. I am a newbie and tried my luck since their job posting says "newbie" are accepted. After I came from the agency, they directed me to go to bgc Alorica. While waiting, I observed that the recruiters are obviously letting others they know to be endorsed. While us who doesn't have backer waited for more than 6 hours. After undergoing initial and final interview, they finally let me know that they are not prioritizing newbie and are only doing their job to reach qouta of number of applicants to be interviewed.

Estuvo tranquilo, la rhh me atendió bastante bien, me gustó la experiencia de la entrevista, solo que tienes que memorizar bastantes cosas, pero no fue difícil, además son sinceros con klo que viene siendo la descripción del trabajo, y después de la entrevista no demoran mucho en llamarte

The hiring process was very messy, Took me 10 hours on-site just to finish the initial interview and made me come back the other day for final interview.
Then on the day of final interview, it took me a lot of hours again just waiting for my name to be called
