Super fast paced interview process. Initial screening email, followed by another screening call, then immediately passed into panel interview with CEO where he asked me all the same questions I was asked in the first screening call. At no point in the process did I have a chance to reciprocate the battery of questions that I answered, nor did anyone bother to turn on their cameras. When asking for clarification around the incredibly ambiguous PM Technical Challenge I was provided, I was told by CEO to just to make assumptions. Pausing the process to requests some questions answered by email resulted in some concerning responses. All in all I got the impression that these folks were super focused on getting the max from employees with little regard to work/life balance. Culture seemed like a burnout culture at best, and I withdrew my application.
