Alpha coffee's hiring manager emailed me a few times she was available to do a phone interview about two days after I applied for the Barista position. She was very kind and answered all of my questions. When discovering that my schedule didn't align with their shift hours, she encouraged me to reach out if my availability changed and to come visit Alpha Coffee sometime soon and say hi regardless.
