Fairly Simple. Onboarders are terrible. Will lie and call you back months later just to get you onboard. Then will drag out the process if they do not have enough work. They are trifling to say the least. It is best to stay away as t hey do not pay per diem and try to swindle you with hourly pay then dock your pay afterwards.
