Casual interview at a coffee shop and offered job on spot. Met with managers and got a feel for the no office environment since it's all field based. They like to hire right out of college.

Applied online. Got a phone call asking right off the bat "What are your salary expectations" If they are sufficiently low, you get a face to face meeting somewhere, there isn't a main office, main was at a starbucks. Just general light chit chat about the job description, my past work experience. Offered me a job that I accepted a week later. Now what you want to hear...the Offer. 32k Salary, drive your own vehicle, they are nice enough to pay for gas and light maintenance. The deal breaker...they make you sign a 2 year non compete that tries to lock you out of the industry entirely. It seemed like it would be ok but when you start applying math....it comes out way to low to be a long term investment and then the non compete makes it so you can't even use them as a reference or use the experience to get a better job.
