Perguntas de entrevista de vagas de Angular Developer da empresa Alpha Net

Actually I have an interview for Deloitte Client via alphanet. Its overall 3 rounds totally 2 technical and 1 HR, 2nd round with almost 3 hours , everything went well and cleared the rounds after salary discussion and many follow ups they said position went on hold such an un professionalism never expected this kind of stuff from such big4 client, as they only said this position needs to be filled asap and interviewed, if that was the case why did they interviewed the candidates? They could have kept the positions with them rather than making the candidates time waste and making them wait also make them lose other opportunities too. Really suggesting don't go with it ever. It's strongly not recommended at all, very veryy worst, completely unfair and no professionalism.
