Recruiter reaches out and sets up 30 minute intro call with the CPO.
CPO cancels 10 minutes before cause they had to put out fires, please reschedule. I usually know better when someone pulls a move like that right before a call.
Do companies with 12 employees all time on LinkedIn usually have a Chief Product Officer?
4 person panel interview scheduled on google meet. Which I have never see any business use professionally. The format was choppy where some is real world some is role play which is time boxed and unrealistic in format.
Half people were emphatic saying “this was fantastic” the other half didn’t pay attention from the beginning. Some people there didn’t even talk at all. it just felt like they said let’s put our whole company on a call and make it as uncomfortable as possible.
After panel is complete it is immediately followed up by calls with the individuals from the call. Second part of interview starts in 5 minutes, come back to the call and they say let’s cancel the rest of it cause we’re looking something specific.
Don’t waste your time preparing, this is not somewhere you would want to work. Unprofessional

Asked many questions around how to solve their existing problems that they stated the current employees were having. The interview process went well and their team seemed positive but after the interview process completed I did not hear back from the company nor the recruiter and felt that was quite unprofessional.

I had a phone screen with the manager. The second interview was technical with the team. Where they were asking questions like what would be the result if you would divide negative infinity by 0 in JS. Apart from that rest of the questions were pretty standard related to JS, react, and behavioral.
Then third interview was with the project management team and the CEO of the company. Everyone keep asking the same questions from google lol.
Then fourth interview was with the manager again, to talk about my compensation level. Over here we had a miscommunication. Turns out I shot for very high but I expected them to at least gave their range so that we could negotiate somewhere between their end and mine.
After done with the fourth interview I was pretty sure I would get an offer letter next day but I got the rejection email saying I don't have much experience for the role.
This was the rejection that hit me the most hardest.
