3 interviewers on one interviewee. Several questions which specifically called out and targetted "weak points" on resume and experience. Expected heavy "industry experience" for a co-op level job. Majority of the interview was spent solving a probability-based word problem that had nothing to do with any work relative to the position.

HR contact first and schedule a interview. There are some exams when attending the interview, including English reading and writing, professional/ technical exams, personality exams and etc. After the exams are finished, you will have a face to face interview with the department head and the department head of sales and VP. In the end, HR will discuss the salary and benefits with you.
