Applied via Indeed. Was called 3 days later by HR.
HR was very kind enough to make a last minute appointment since I currently work. Made the appointment, made to wait 30 minutes in lobby white filling out an a
ntiquated application asking me for salary info history etc.
Interviewed with one of the Junior Helpdesk team members. He was very nice and we talked about the technologies they use and want to use in the future.
Had to wait again for 15 minutes and met with the I.T Exec.
Everything was ok until he became extremely Irate and Insecure when I asked him a question he said "usually I ask the questions, are you interviewing me?" Of course, it's a two way interview, he ended the interview saying we aren't a good fit. This was very stereotypical from the part of the world he is from (hint, starts with an In..).
The job was posted on indeed for over 30 days...I wonder why.
Overall if you're a professional, not desperate or subservient, don't waste your time.
