Evaluating a candidate during an interview doesn’t all boil down to if he/she is capable. You need to consider other things as well.
Here are the things you need to consider when evaluating someone for an interview:
Educational background: Especially in our field, education is essential to be considered. The more you know, the more valuable you become.
Work experiences: Experience is as important as academic knowledge. The more experience candidates have, the more valuable they are.
Special skills/technical skills: In line with work experiences, having special and technical skills is essential to have if that skill can contribute a lot to the research and developmental projects.

This part of the interview feedback answer why you hired or why you didn’t consider a person for the open position. This is written right after the “hire” or “no hire” part.
Example: “Hire - [name of candidate] expressed excellent communication skills. He was able to showcase the skills needed for this job opening. He demonstrated outstanding data analysis and research skills. He is very knowledgeable about this position and this industry.”

Was contacted by them using linkedin. After a quick interview with HR they sent me a easy and super simple technical test, in which they tested me in CSS, HTML ans JS (no t python...). After that I had a technical interview with a mexican developer (I'm from Colombia). This was one of the worst interviews in my life. That mexican guy didn't read my CV before the meeting and got angry when I told him that my undergrad was in electrical engineering and not systems engineering. He spent almost 15 minutes berating me about it. "you know nothing about programming, what are you doing here???". After his speech about how I didn't have the knowledge needed to get the job, he saw that I got a perfect score in their assessment. Then he gave me 5 minutes to talk about my experience and the interview ended. I was ghosted after that, but this is not a company in which I would be confortable working, so I didn't really care.
