I progressed through multiple rounds of interviews with AlphaSense and found the interviewers to be professional, thoughtful, and clearly knowledgeable about the product and role. Each conversation felt structured and engaging, and I appreciated the opportunity to demonstrate my skills through scenario-based questions. Unfortunately, the process lacked transparency at the final stage. After being told I was moving forward and asked to coordinate availability for an international interview, I received an automated rejection email shortly afterward. The lack of personal follow-up or explanation was disappointing given the time and preparation required. While the company and product are impressive, the candidate experience at later stages could benefit from more thoughtful and human communication. Overall, AlphaSense appears to be a strong company with a compelling product, but there is room to improve candidate communication in the final stages of the interview process.
