First one was a phone call, then many online, then final at the office - even after many stages they went ahead with someone with 1 month of experience instead of person with no experience

Entrevista
The interviewer from UK sounded very cocky, which was off-putting. The entire interview process he was clearly not interested , and it felt like he was more interested in filling the position quickly rather than finding the right fit. This lack of professionalism extended to poor communication and disjointed scheduling, which only added to my negative impression.
I was really keen to join AlphaSense initially, but I turned down their offer because of my interactions with the hiring manager. Having worked at one of the largest competitor of this company before, I can confidently say that their work environment is significantly better.
