Scripted and impersonal. I felt each interviewer was more interested in reading from the list of questions instead of having a conversation. For a high level sales role, it was concerning.

Interesting company, but very poor recruiting process from what I have seen, because.
1. Lack of Interview Prep: At this level of seniority I expect the recruiter to give very helpful and accurate interview preparation. Instead, the recruiter literally read word by word the job specs to me. I would have anticipated much more practical tips, but what it showed me (+ later confirmed) is that the recruiter had no idea what specifically was asked in the interview.
2. Poor Hiring manager Questions: The hiring managers' interview questions were unclear and unstructured. Every question was either 3 questions, or so very vague (e.g. "How do you handle performance" - vs a clearer question like "Give me an example of a time where you had to manage underperformance and how you turned ship around") making it impossible to answer in a satisfactory fashion.
It all seemed a bit all over the place, which in hindsight explains why the recruiter also didn't brief me well. Clearly the hiring manager made up questions as they went along - rather than having aligned on a clear list of skills both the hiring manager and recruiter agreed on needing probing.
3. No follow-up: In my professional opinion this is the worst of the three points. I am totally fine if my profile is not what a company is looking for, but at this company size + role, would expect a call explaining the reasons, or at least a rejection email. Instead the interviewee kept it very vague at the end of the interview ("yes, maybe we do a cultural fit step next"), which I find very unprofessional. Submit your written feedback first, and let the recruiter decide on next steps... instead no feedback - I have been ghosted...
