Recruiter had not reviewed my background before the call
Did not read any emails that I sent before or after our discussion
Was not able to articulate the role, the organizational priorities, or goals
Recruiter phone screen and then hiring manager meeting. The only memorable question asked was being grilled about my work history after I explained I was laid off during the pandemic. I really didn't appreciate the judgment after I explained circumstances were beyond my control and then couple that with the fact that I was ghosted by this company in the interview process. Dodged a bullet and will not apply to this company again in the future.
