I applied online and soon received an email to complete a video assessment. There are four questions in the assessment and each question would have 30 seconds to prepare and 1 minute to answer.

After applying for this position online, I received an email from AlphaSights with a link to the first round of video responses. For each question, there are 60 seconds to respond. It helps to review common interview questions and have responses prepared. Once you record a response to a question you won't get a second chance to redo it. Overall it is a fair process - it just requires a slightly a level of practicen than that which goes into preparing for case interviews.
