It was not a particularly pleasant interview experience. I submitted application online and received an HR interview invitation almost instantly (by instant I meant faster than most firms). Regular interview questions, but the HR seemed to be made up the mind before even ending the interview. It was quite a subtle feeling. I've heard that they have three rounds of interviews.

There was a brief phone call to screen me, then a video interview with an associate with typical interview questions. The second round is a case study and typical behavioral.
