I interviewed with AlphaSights Hong Kong. It was fairly straightforward and most of the questions they ask you can be found on glassdoor. I can't really remember the questions they asked me during the video interview (mainly questions about teamwork, leadership etc.)

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

competency based calls, situational with a mock scenario and final round where youre interviewed by the vice president . while you may have applied for the client services role they may propose you to move to the research team
